What helps
- What you are trying to do, before what you think you need built.
- Roughly when you need it, and whether that date is real or hopeful.
- Anything that already exists — a repository, a spreadsheet, a half-finished design.
What to expect
Everything gets read. Anything that looks like a fit gets a reply, usually within a few days. If it is not something worth taking on, you will be told that plainly rather than left waiting.
About the free tools
Bug reports and requests for the tools suite are welcome at the same address. They run entirely in your browser, so if something goes wrong, the browser and operating system you were on is the single most useful thing you can include.
